We offer internships in various departments, including Marketing, Product + Engineering, Content + Production, Finance, and more. While we welcome applications from all students, Hatch is especially passionate about supporting first-generation college students and encouraging highly ambitious, motivated interns from top universities to join us in our mission to help the world get great sleep.
Year-Round Model:
- Fall & Spring: Remote, part-time internships designed to fit around academic schedules.
- Summer: Full-time, hybrid internships—interns must be local to Redwood City, CA and available to work on-site at the Hatch Lab 3 days per week.
This model allows interns to gain meaningful experience during the school year while providing a more immersive, hands-on summer program at the Hatch Lab.

We're so excited you're here. Hatch internships are designed to offer meaningful, hands-on experiences — whether you're joining us in the summer, fall, or spring.
Our Summer Internship (June-August) is a hybrid program. Interns joining us for this cohort will be expected to spend 3 days a week in person at the Hatch Lab in Redwood City, CA. We've found that these in-person moments spark the kind of collaboration, creativity, and connection that make a summer unforgettable.
For Fall (Sept-Dec) and Spring (Feb-May), our internship program is remote-friendly, giving you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere in the U.S.
