Shipping Policy:
D O M E S T I C S H I P P I N G All packages are created and shipped via USPS First Class mail within the processing times noted on the individual jewelry listings and usually delivered 3-5 business days later. Upgrades for USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery as well as FedEx guaranteed 2-day delivery are also available and can be selected prior to checkout without separate invoicing. Please note that although it is generally not an issue, the USPS cannot guarantee delivery dates so if you need a guaranteed date, FedEx is the best option. Shipping upgrades do not increase production time, only shipping time, so please heed the times listed in the item description or feel free to contact me for a time frame. All jewelry will arrive gift-wrapped (except for listings noted otherwise) and will be shipped in a rigid mailer box measuring approximately 5"x3"x2". Each item is shipped with insurance and tracking with delivery confirmation. Please consult with your local post office for delayed or missing packages. I N T E R N A T I O N A L S H I P P I N G For my international shoppers, items are sent via First Class Mail International which generally requires 2-6 weeks. Expedited shipping is available for $40, comes with a tracking number, and generally requires 6-12 business days for delivery. If you are interested in expedited delivery, please let me know and you can be invoiced for expedited shipping via USPS Priority International Mail. Please also note that neither LilyEmme nor Hatch is responsible for possible import VAT fees in the rare event that it is charged during customs processing. Import duty/taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am legally required to state the full price of the item being shipped (I cannot write "gift"). Refund Policy:
Being an online shopper myself, I understand how tricky it can be to judge an item when it is not in your own hands. If you are not happy with your order, please message me and let me know how I can remedy the situation. Made-to-order rings will be subject to a 12% restocking fee. Please note, there are *no refunds for custom-made (designed and created once specifically for you) and custom engraved items. If a rush production fee was applied to your order, this is non-refundable. Refunds do not include shipping charges in either direction. Please return your item(s) in the same condition sent (a bubble mailer is okay otherwise the jewelry may be crushed). Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended when mailing back to me. I take great pride in the quality of my work. However, that being said, my handmade jewelry is not indestructible and is delicate as are most other handmade items. Accidents happen and I am more than happy to try to repair (if possible) any jewelry that was made by me within 1 year of purchase. Buyer is responsible for the cost of repair materials and labor.
